Widgetised October Special Theme

I’ve not gone crazy- I realise that it’s November. However, the genius that is Derek Pulsalan has released a widgetised version of his well loved Pink October theme, namely October Special. Featuring many choices of header colours, which you can choose in the Wordpress Dashboard and a magazine style layout, the theme is yet another fantastic release from the well loved 531.

The theme is split into the main section in white, where the blog and important sidebar elements such as a Colophon, Syndication or ads are displayed. Underneath in the dark grey section are categories, archives, comments, the search bar or recent blogs- all depending on which page you may be on. The main navigation is a thick grey bar at the top of the screen, underneath which is the coloured header displaying your blog name, a secondary title- 531 uses Derek’s name- and a space for a quote. A wonderful creation just got that bit better.
