March 24, 2007 | By Gobala Krishnan | No Comments »
Post Notification sends email notifications to registered users when you have written a new blog. The plugin is still in it’s alpha stages, but is quite stable – the developer is planning some extra modifications before he releases a full version.
Some of the features include:
- Sending Text or HTML-Mails
- Post can be included (HTML is converted to text)
- You can decide whether to send a mail or not
- Every subscriber becomes a personal mail (His mail address is in the “To”).
- Nervous finger-option: No Mails are sent if you accidentally published a post
- Lots of options
- High performance
- You can decide how many Mails are sent in a burst an how long to pause (Good for big sites)
- Send private Posts (optional)
