Plugin: Keep Track of Social Networking Posts

The Social List Plugin allows you to keep track of all the posts you have posted on social networking sites, telling you which post and which networking site you have used.
Currently only del.icio.us and digg are supported but support is going to be improved in later versions. The details are kept track of using a page in your Wordpress Admin section.
