I use PhotoImpact - 1) it's much cheaper 2) I'm not a graphic designer and use the program quite rarely for simple photo & graphic jobs. I cannot justify paying for Photoshop when PhotoImpact does everything I need - apart from having a ebook cover creator script - unless YOU know otherwise.
